When your package was handed over to our delivery carriers, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number was automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout.
How to track your shipment:
1. Locate your shipping confirmation email in your inbox (please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not see it).
2. Copy the tracking number provided inside the message.
3. Paste your tracking number into global package tracking platforms like 17track.net or parcelsapp.com to receive live transit updates.
Please note that tracking information can take 48–72 hours to properly sync and update on the carrier network after initial shipment. If your tracking number is not registering after 4 business days, please reach out to our dedicated support team at business@eveioncom.com for immediate assistance.
